The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships at a strategic level.
This role requires a proactive individual with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships to achieve organizational objectives.

Assist the Sales and Marketing team in updating and maintaining database information, consolidating data, and preparing reports as required.
Respond promptly to all banquet email enquiries with well-prepared and comprehensive proposals.
Handle incoming calls professionally, record accurate messages, and check venue availability when required.
Manage the preparation and inventory control of sales kits, marketing materials, and gifts for corporate, wedding, and private functions.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Relevant Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel, or F&B Management.
At least two (2) years’ experience in Event Sales and/or Event Planning, with a proven track record of success.
Proven ability to innovate, with strong commitment to task completion and the capability to work efficiently, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required to support events or business needs.
