Job Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide professional consultation on carpentry and renovation needs.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and design ideas to clients.
- Follow up closely on leads, quotations, and project conversions.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Marketing & Branding
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to generate qualified leads.
- Manage social media platforms, website updates, and online advertising to increase visibility.
- Coordinate photoshoots, project showcases, and marketing content with the design and production teams.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for better results.
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Track sales progress, report performance, and provide market insights to management.
- Maintain updated records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing (preferably in interior design, renovation, or carpentry industry).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Basic knowledge of design and renovation processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, or social media marketing tools.
- Possession of a valid driving license is a plus.
