ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Role Summary
- Maintain optimal stock levels, resolve store issues, and drive sales by executing promotions, enhancing product visibility, and recommending profitable merchandise.
Area of Responsibility
- Ensure that a proper level of stock is maintained and that the merchandise is displayed appropriately in store.
- Solve problems at the store level to maintain the standards established in the initial sales agreement.
- Execute and oversee special promotional campaigns created to boost sales volume.
- Monitor sales volume, inspect inventory levels, and maintaining in-store promotional materials.
- Optimize sales volume and profitability by identifying profitable lines and bestsellers.
- Increase products facing in store.
- Make recommendations of company products to the store.

Communication Tasks
Able to communicate fluently towards store personnel.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
- Minimum secondary education.
- Retail or merchandising experience at the store level is preferred.
Aptitude and Skills
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
