Overview
Our Client is a one of the Global Top Manufacturing and Engineering Software Vendors.
They are seeking for a Sales Operation Analyst to support the sales team for sales process, reporting, and CRM requirements.
This role is based in Singapore and covers SE Asia.
Responsibilities
Process high volume of direct and indirect sales orders and provide general sales support to achieve objectives (reporting, planning and analysis)
Act as customer’s point of contact
Work independently in resolving business issues effectively and productively with systems and data
Work on daily administrative tasks and general duties in the sales department
Responsible in documenting operational processes, ensure efficiency and high quality work
Utilize Salesforce CRM to perform data export and contract recording
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations such as communicating clearly to distributors on license compliance for selling to different countries in SE Asia
Quarter-end overtime working will be required
Requirements
Bachelor in Business or related disciplines
Around 8 to 15 years of experience in sales operation positions from MNC
Strong skills in Excel (such as using wizards and Pivot Table) and Power Point
Highly Organized with strong time-management skills and ability to multi-task
Able to work independently, a self-starter and highly motivated
Good attention to detail and procedure management skills
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to a fast growing environment
Experience in using Salesforce CRM is a plus
Good communication and presentation skills in English
Willing to travel (less than 20%)
