We are currently seeking a Sales Operational Analyst who will be responsible for managing our growing consumables business and providing business insights.

This position is part of the SEA commercial team located in Singapore and will be on-site.


In this role, you will be responsible for:


+ Manage consumables quotations and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up for Singapore markets.

+ Providing first-level technical support to customers relating to consumables.


+ Forecasting and Budgeting reports for SEA

+ Distributors Contract and Pricing Management for SEA: management of distributors' contract and compliance platform, and pricing support distributors


+ Support SEA marketing activities and posting SNS marketing ad with marketing driven qualified lead analysis, working with external vendor and internal marketing and product management team

+ Providing Ad-Hoc business support for the commercial team



The essential requirements for the job include:

+ Minimum Diploma or equivalent

+ Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience

+ CRM systems, ideally SFDC with Intermediate in Excel (VLookUp, Pivots, Data sorting and filtering)



It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Development of Dashboard in business visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau

+ Advanced Excel skills such as PowerQuery, PowerAutomate

+ Experienced in Life Science or relevant industries
