We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp, coordinating site visits with our waterproofing specialist, and scheduling job dates between customers and our workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries received via email and WhatsApp.
- Arrange site visits for customers with our waterproofing specialist to assess their requirements.
- Coordinate and confirm job schedules between customers and our technical team.
- Engage with potential customers via WhatsApp to understand their needs and close sales deals.
- Successfully close sales deals through effective communication and negotiation on WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales negotiations, and job schedules.
- Assist in providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Previous experience in sales support or customer service is a plus.
- Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.
