Sales Operations (APAC) - Field Operations

Responsibilities
Own and manage core sales operations functions across the APAC region, including forecasting, quota setting, territory design, and sales performance tracking.
Partner directly with APAC Sales Leadership to drive data-informed business decisions and optimize sales execution.
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and Salesforce reports to support planning, pipeline analysis, and business reviews.
Lead and support strategic initiatives across field automation, business process improvement, and systems implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Marketing, and Global Operations to align on business objectives and enable go-to-market success.
Drive operational excellence by streamlining processes and enabling scalable, data-driven practices across sales teams.
Represent APAC in global operations forums to ensure regional priorities are well-integrated with corporate strategies.
Provide insightful analytics and reporting on key sales metrics to senior stakeholders.
Enable field teams through training, adoption programs, and change management for new tools, processes, and reporting standards.
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or related roles, preferably in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of sales forecasting, territory planning, quota management, and CRM systems.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and advanced proficiency in Tableau, Excel, and/or Google Sheets.
A proactive mindset with the ability to drive cross-functional projects from analysis to implementation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate across business units.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance strategic projects with day-to-day operational needs.
Experience in managing stakeholder expectations across multiple functions and geographies.
A bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
