– teaches chess to children as young as 3 through storytelling and play
Birchguard Quest
– a fantasy roleplaying adventure that builds communication and confidence for ages 6–11

What You’ll Do
As a
Sales Operations Executive , you’ll be the go-to guide for families exploring our programs.
You’ll lead sales conversations, ensure a top-tier customer experience, and support daily center operations.
Sales & Parent Engagement
: Consult with new families, recommend programs, and drive enrollments
Customer Relationships
: Build trust, manage ongoing communications, and upsell classes, camps, and workshops
Center Operations
: Ensure classrooms are ready, prep materials, track inventory, and capture media (photos/videos)
Admin & Data
: Manage attendance, class scheduling, and CRM/spreadsheet data.
Assist with basic reporting
What We’re Looking For
1+ year working with children
1+ year in customer service or sales
Great communicator with a warm, confident presence
Detail-oriented and reliable
Able to work weekends and flexible weekdays
Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Canva, and CRM systems
Bonus: Background in education or enrichment programs
