We are a trusted and efficient supplier to a diverse range of maritime customers including oil rigs, tugs and barges, container liners, bulk carriers, tankers, conventional cargo vessels, offshore supply boats, and cruise ships

Position Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Operations Executive to join our growing team.

This position combines sales development with operational coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced maritime environment and wants to make a direct impact on our business growth.

Key Responsibilities


Sales Functions:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing maritime clients including shipowners, operators, and marine contractors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry connections
  • Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to potential customers
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets

Operations Functions:

  • Coordinate sales activities including managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing for stock replenishment
  • Manage customer service activities including after-sales support and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports to management
    Coordinate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships

Requirements


Essential Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in maritime, ship supplies, or related B2B industry
  • Understanding of maritime operations and ship supply requirements is highly advantageous

Key Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to understand technical specifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Exceptional organizational skills to handle urgent maritime requirements
