About the Role
We are looking for a Sales & Operations Support Executive to provide day-to-day support for our sales and distribution operations.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, eager to learn, and looking to build a career in sales operations within the healthcare and medical aesthetics industry.
You will assist with order processing, logistics coordination, and customer support, working closely with both internal teams and external partners across Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Assist with preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documents.
- Enter and process customer orders into the system.
- Maintain accurate customer and product records.
- Support the sales team in following up with clients and preparing simple sales reports.
Operations & Logistics
- Coordinate with logistics providers on deliveries and shipment arrangements.
- Assist in tracking stock levels and updating inventory records.
- Help prepare import/export paperwork and ensure documents are filed correctly.
Customer Service
- Handle basic customer inquiries and forward complex requests to the relevant team member.
- Support after-sales activities, including arranging product training sessions or handling simple service requests.
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative assistance to the team (filing, scheduling, record-keeping).
- Assist with preparations for meetings, training events, and marketing activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or related discipline (fresh graduates welcome).
- Prior experience in sales support, admin, or logistics is an advantage but not required.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
