Working Venue
· Handle the processing of quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
· Ensure timely delivery for both internal stakeholders and external customers by coordinating with customers, vendors, stakeholders to meet delivery requirements.
· Manage and negotiate delivery schedules to ensure they align with customer expectations.
· Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock levels and movement.
· Update and maintain pricing.
· Organize and maintain a comprehensive documentation filing system.
· Address inquiries from customers and business partners effectively.
· Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, stakeholders.
· Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
· Proficient in MS Office
· Good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
· Good team player with the ability to work independently.
