Job Highlights

Main Responsibilities
1.
Market Research & Sales Planning
- Conduct market trend analysis and competitor product research
- Plan and execute group sales strategies and pricing initiatives
- Support preparation of tactical and seasonal sales campaigns
2.
Sales & Partnership Execution
- Identify and engage travel agencies to promote T'way Air's products
- Maintain strong relationships with key partners and provide continuous support to drive seat sales
- Distribute fare information, communicate seat availability, and deliver product updates
- Support and train agents in using T'way's travel agency booking platform
- Monitor booking status and manage actual sales performance
3.
BSP Agency Support
- Respond to general inquiries from BSP travel agencies
- Distribute commission circulars and address sales-related questions
Occasional/Sub Responsibilities
4.
FIT Sales & Brand Promotion
- Plan and support brand awareness campaigns and promotional events
- Coordinate strategic brand collaborations and co-marketing activities
5.
Administrative Support
- Provide occasional administrative support as required
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Korean language
- Advanced skills in design tools (e.g., Adobe photoshop or similar)
Basic Qualifications
- Prior experience in the airline or travel agency industry
- Familiarity with GDS and Airline PSS systems
- Strong understanding of the airline and air transportation services
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer service mindset
- Proficient in MS Office and general office software
- Sales-driven, creative, and responsible attitude
