Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Sales & Project Coordinator:
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit sales quotations and tender documents to clients
- Process sales orders and purchase orders using Microsoft Business Central
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to follow up on orders and delivery schedules
- Coordinate import/export shipments, including preparation of shipping and delivery documents
- Track project delivery status and provide weekly/monthly reports to customers
- Support project documentation management and vendor pre-qualification processes
- Handle sales-related administration tasks and provide general support to the sales team
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in order processing, customer service, or project coordination (Oil & Gas sector experience preferred, but not essential)
- Background in electrical engineering or related industry will be an advantage
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a strong willingness to learn
Additional Information:
- Salary: Basic Up to SGD 3,500 + VB
- Working Location: Henderson
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
