Job Title: Sales & Project Executive
Reports to: Sales & Project Manager
About the Role:
As a Sales & Project Executive at TOSEVA TIMBER PTE LTD, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing project execution from initial specification to final order fulfillment.
You will work closely with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers to promote our premium wood veneer products.
This role requires a strong sales mentality, project management skills, and the ability to foster long-term client relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:
1.
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve individual monthly sales targets and contribute to team quarterly targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration.
- Conduct product presentations and technical consultations for clients.
2.
Designer Engagement & Specification
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, and FF&E designers to specify our products in projects.
- Provide tailored solutions and technical support for designers and consultants.
- Ensure accurate documentation of material specifications in project schedules.
3.
Contractor Engagement & Sales Execution
- Work closely with contractors and procurement teams to ensure product selection and order fulfillment.
- Work with coordinator to ensure on quotations and pricing proposals.
- Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently.
4.
Supply Execution
- Track project progress to ensure material supply to meet deadlines.
- Liaise with and work with coordinator and finance team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Resolve project-related issues and provide proactive solutions to clients.
5.
Client Relationship Management
- Handle client requests promptly, offering tailored solutions and timely updates.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to foster long-term partnerships.
- Follow up on client inquiries and maintain accurate client records in HubSpot CRM.
6.
Financial & Administrative Responsibilities
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from clients.
- Maintain an updated project pipeline and sales forecast.
- Accurately log all client interactions and project details within HubSpot CRM.
7.
Communication & Internal Collaboration
- Prioritize email for formal internal and external communications to maintain clarity and organization.
- Use MS Teams (internal only) and WhatsApp exclusively for quick updates and informal communications.
- Collaborate with Sales & Project Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of orders and deliveries.
Key Requirements:
1.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in interior design, architecture, or construction materials.
- Candidates with qualifications in Interior Design, Sales, Forestry, or Architecture are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies
- Sales-Oriented Mindset – Strong ability to identify and close sales opportunities.
- Technology-Savvy – Proficient in using ERP (Microsoft Navision), CRM (HubSpot), and MS Office.
- Negotiation & Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving – Ability to resolve client issues and project challenges proactively.
3.
Licensing & Mobility
- Must possess a valid Class 3 driver's license.
- Requires to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
