Position : Sales & Project Management Consultant (Sales admin coordination)
Location : Tampines
Working hours : 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday) - occasional weekends meet up with interior designer ONLY IF required
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $4000 + $600-$1800 commission PER MONTH + 1 month Chinese New Year bonus + 14 days annual leave

Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales: Convert inquiries (calls, walk-ins, online leads) into sales by understanding client needs, preparing proposals, and building strong relationships.
Manage Projects End-to-End: Oversee projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Coordinate Resources: Plan effectively, allocate tasks, and manage coordination with vendors, team members, and stakeholders.
Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify and manage project risks, scope changes, and challenges, providing clear updates to management.
Foster Collaboration: Guide junior staff and work closely with internal and external partners to achieve project milestones.
Requirements
1 year experience in administrative and sales coordination experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive mindset, committed to continuous learning and process improvement
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
