Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full end-to-end talent acquisition process.
- Source passive and active talent by leveraging a variety of platforms.
- Identify candidates with the skills and experience for specific roles.
- Build strong internal relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, either in-house or agency.
- Proven experience in recruiting sales staff is an advantage.
- University Degree.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast, high-performing global company.
