Sales Report Analyst, Salesforce CRM (Contract) Job Opening In Singapore, Singapore – Now Hiring Optimum Solutions


Job description

This is a 6 months contract role.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the lead Sales Representative in the creation, validation, and maintenance of Management Information (MI) reports.

  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of sales data, customer information, and other relevant records in the system.

  • Uphold data integrity and accuracy by adhering to established processes and controls.

  • Monitor and follow up on sales-related processes and reporting requirements, including responding to analytics queries and maintaining timely communication with clients.

  • Timely distribution of assigned reports and analytics in accordance with specifications.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operations and deliver consistent customer service excellence.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including managing correspondence, updating Salesforce (SFDC) records, and preparing sales presentations and proposals.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales analytical or sales support role with prior experience dealing with data.

  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce.

  • Proficient in data analysis and modelling using Python and SQL will be an added advantage.

  • Familiarity with BI and data visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI will be an added advantage.
