Support the lead Sales Representative in the creation, validation, and maintenance of Management Information (MI).
Ensure timely and accurate entry of sales data, customer information, and other relevant records in the system.
Uphold data integrity and accuracy by adhering to established processes and controls.
Monitor and follow up on sales-related processes and reporting requirements, including responding to analytics queries and maintaining timely communication with clients.
Timely distribution of assigned reports and analytics in accordance with specifications.
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including managing correspondence, updating Salesforce (SFDC) records, and preparing sales presentations and proposals.
Requirements:
Prior experience in using Salesforce CRM.
2 to 3 years of experience in a sales analytics or sales support role.
Prior experience in using Python and SQL.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with BI and data visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI will be an added advantage.
