Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to promote repeat business.
- Present, promote, and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Provide after-sales support by resolving customer issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Regularly prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
