The Sales Representative will primarily promote Axalta products to generate sales and increase brand awareness.
This role will build and manage relationships of distributors and body shops within the specific geographical location.
In addition, work closely with the technical team.
Sales & Account Relationship
Represent the organisation in selling Axalta products to new and existing customers.
Develops and maintains relationships with existing and potential customers with the aim of achieving sales targets.
Achieves assigned sales/profit/growth targets.
Introduces, demonstrates and promotes features of Axalta’s products/services.
Negotiates with customers on price, terms of sale, service agreement etc within Axalta’s policies.
Make recommendations to shops relating to inventory (holding, top up, new products etc)
Ensure customer satisfaction levels of are maintained to a high level.
Maintains up to date knowledge of competitor products/services.
Recommends changes or improvements to services.
