The District Representative offers specialized chemistry programs and related services for downstream oil and gas operations, aimed at maximizing production, protecting assets, and reducing operating costs and environmental impact.
Through on-site problem-solving and innovative technologies, our team delivers solutions that assist energy customers in overcoming complex challenges in the most demanding energy frontiers.
Our downstream team utilizes advanced chemistries and technologies to provide Oil & Gas customers with comprehensive and sustainable solutions to safeguard their assets, mitigate risks, and enhance profitability.
Chemical Treatment Oversight: Manage and optimize chemical treatment programs at client sites, ensuring performance and addressing deviations promptly.
Field Testing Collaboration: Understand field testing principles and work with service technicians to conduct routine tests.
Client Reporting: Provide scheduled updates and reports to clients on chemical treatment progress and performance.
Inventory & Equipment Management: Plan and manage chemical stock levels and ensure equipment maintenance for uninterrupted operations.
Technical Reviews: Prepare and present monthly technical reviews to evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Value-Added Initiatives: Develop projects with clients aimed at reducing Total Cost of Operation using Ecolab’s solutions.
Troubleshooting & Support: Address client issues related to chemical treatments and collaborate internally to resolve them.
Proposal & Contract Management: Create and present new chemical treatment proposals, manage contracts, and ensure billing accuracy.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (Chemical Engineering) with at least 5 years of relevant technical sales exp, Customer-oriented experience
Should have technical sales or field sales support experience
Must have a valid Singapore Driver’s License
Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems
Curious and eagle to find out what customers’ needs
Customer oriented and always ready to engage with customers
