• Maintaining positive relationships with key customers
• Coordinate with EU and Acct Manager to ensure all Post Sales expectations are in
line
• Coordinate with service team and Account Manager to ensure all information is
provided.
If not all information is provided, he/she will ensure we acquire all
information required
• Conduct regular reviews (for key accounts) with end users
• Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure post sales revenue continue to rise
The Pre-Requisites:
• The ability to really listen to customers
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent in any field.
• Minimally two years of experience in the AV / IT industry
• In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Good Pay + Good allowance + Good Bonus
