Responsibilities
Ensure revenue and margin targets are met for all NSS and Cyber products, per product mix targets.
Consistently forecast, track and close committed numbers to meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
Work with internal stakeholders, including product management, engineering, and support teams to communicate client feedback and keep up-to-date on product developments and enhancements.
Maintain and track progress of opportunities for cadence and reporting.
Understand customer’s businesses and identify influencers and decision makers within a customer organization.
Develop strong value propositions to help customers meet business objectives through ICT solution and managed services sales.
Conduct high impact sales presentations and prepare sales proposals.
Engage effectively with all levels across a customer’s organisation, including C-level executives; negotiate with customers and close business deals.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction levels with every customer engagement.
Skills For Success
A degree or higher in IT or related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven sales, business development or account management track record in Managed Services, System Integration, or IT Infrastructure Sales.
Ability to translate technical features into business benefits, with strong presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with network solutions; Service Management / Security Managed Services.
Self-motivated, with strong commitment and results orientation.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Independent and resourceful team player with enthusiasm for providing excellent support to internal and external customers.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of MS Office Applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce (SFDC).
