Key Responsibilities

  • Engage online sales leads through WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and in-person or virtual client meetings to pitch our incorporation, accounting, HR, visa, and tax services.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, tailoring solutions to meet the needs of entrepreneurs, startups, and international clients.

  • Use AI-driven tools (e.g., CRM platforms, lead scoring systems, or AI chatbots) to automate lead nurturing, personalize outreach, and streamline follow-up processes.

  • Maintain and update a CRM system to track leads, communications, and sales progress, ensuring accurate data for AI-driven insights.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with incoming leads from campaigns.

  • A Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident with impeccable professional English and full professional proficiency in Mandarin.

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience gained within a public accounting firm, international audit practice, or a corporate secretarial firm serving a demanding clientele.

  • A proven track record of interacting directly with business owners, founders, or senior management.

    You are comfortable and credible advising successful professionals.

  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating cross-border matters, particularly within ASEAN (e.g., Malaysia, Indonesia) or with China, is highly advantageous.

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.

    You are a natural at building deep, trusted relationships.

  • A degree in Business or a hold a relevant professional qualification
