Responsibilities:
- Provide sales and administrative support to the offices in Korea and Singapore.
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on sales quotations for clients, and process purchase orders.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming inquiries.
- Coordinate with various departments, offices, and external parties to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Assist in resolving customer issues related to orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Perform other ad hoc duties and assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification in any field
- Proficiency in Korean (spoken and written), as the role requires frequent communication with Korean-speaking customers and vendors
- Customer-oriented, personable, and a strong team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with SAP Business One is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
