We’re looking for a responsible and organised
Sales Support Executive
to join our team and work closely with our Project Sales Engineers.
You will play an important behind-the-scenes role in ensuring quotations, orders, and client communications are handled smoothly and efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in accuracy and follow-through, and is comfortable juggling administrative and coordination tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
It requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist project sales team in preparing and formatting quotations
Process sales orders and coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, purchasing, accounts)
Follow up with clients on outstanding documents or details
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, and orders
Help manage project timelines by supporting communication and document flow
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations
Requirements:
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only
Prior experience in sales coordination, admin, or customer service is an advantage
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks
Strong follow-up skills and good communication, both written and spoken
Team player with a proactive and supportive attitude
Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week
(Mon–Fri full day, Sat half day)
Familiarity with technical products or project-based sales is a plus, but not required
