The Role - Sales Support Coordinator
In this role, You'll be working closely with our suppliers and sales team.
You'll also need to use your strong organisation skills and combine it with a systematic approach to keep track of product updates, change in prices and assist in the dissemination of information to the sales team.

Responsibilities
• Attending to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Handle walk-in enquiries
• Communicate and coordinate sales-related issues with customers and suppliers
• To check, verify and process all the sales quotations, inquiries, delivery orders, sales orders and purchase orders timely and accurately
• Attend to local customers and supplies on returned materials and replacement
• Assist in inventory management
• General administrative & ad hoc duties
Requirements
· GCE 'O' Certification and above
· Love to provide a great experience and go above and beyond for customers
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Preferably fluent in English
· Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
· Able to commence work immediately
