What You'll Be Doing
Drive Sales
Proactively follow up with customers to generate leads & secure sales opportunities.
Order Management
Handle daily order processing, from quotations to fulfillment.
Smooth Operations
Work closely with the outbound processing team to manage schedules and resolve any issues.
Cross-Department Coordination
Communicate face-to-face with production staff to ensure seamless operations.
Customer Engagement
Meet customers in person to handle orders and outbound matters.
Stay Organized
Perform administrative duties as required.
Be the Go-To Contact
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and mobile platforms.
Collaborate & Learn
Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
