What you'll be doing
- Coordinate and manage client interactions, including scheduling meetings, maintaining contact records, and supporting the sales team with client communications
- Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documents
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and systems
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a sales support or client service role, preferably within the professional services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills
