Job Description:
Support Tender Manager to develop comprehensive BMS estimation which includes preparation of tender submission and marketing materials during tender and follow up stage.
Understand technical drawings and specification requirements.
Establish good relationship with vendors and negotiate with them.
All other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering Discipline
Preferably some technical knowledge of BMS System, Mechanical/ACM/HVAC related System
Good communication skills and able to speak English well
Well versed with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canvas
Team player
Able to prioritize, organized and multitask
Training will be provided.
