Our client is seeking a Sales Support to join their team


About Our Client:


Founded in 1999, our client has grown to become a leading global supplier of photocopier consumables and parts.

Headquartered in Singapore, with branch offices in Hong Kong, Thailand, and Malaysia, our reach extends across Asia, Europe, and the United States.

What you'll be doing?

  • Administrative support: Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.

  • Customer communication: Handle email and phone inquiries, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.

  • Order processing: Manage sales orders and follow up on payments, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely transactions.

  • Data management: Update and monitor the Sales data system daily, supporting the sales team in forecasting exercises.

  • Problem-solving: Coordinate, monitor, and provide troubleshooting assistance for client orders, account statuses, and other relevant issues.

  • Shipping coordination: Manage shipping schedules and prepare necessary documents such as commercial invoices and packing lists.

  • General assistance: Support the team with various administrative duties and take on ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.

Who are they looking for?

  • Educational background: Candidates with a minimum of 'O' level, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.

  • Experience level: Must have experience in supporting sales, logistic, marketing and customer support team.

  • Sales skills: Possess strong negotiation and selling abilities to support the sales team effectively.

  • Customer service: Committed to providing excellent after-sales support and customer service.

  • Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and knowledge of Navision system would be an advantage.

Other Information:

  • Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9.00am - 6.30pm
  • Location: Sin Ming Lane, Midview City, Singapore
  • Salary: Basic $2500 - $3000 + Commission
