Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Support Executive with experience in the automotive aftermarket sector to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting sales operations, managing customer accounts, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities.
Knowledge of automotive electronics will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including preparation of quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage the CRM system to ensure sales data integrity.
- Coordinate with logistics, technical, and finance teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and invoicing.
- Handle customer inquiries, providing product information and resolving issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Support sales managers with follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and preparation for client meetings.
- Assist in tracking sales targets, preparing performance reports, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support sales strategies.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional activities, including trade shows, product launches, and campaigns.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or sales coordination, preferably in the automotive aftermarket industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive parts, accessories, or services.
- Knowledge of automotive electronics (e.g., telematics, sensors, speed limiters, ADAS, or diagnostic tools) will be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
