- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team in managing client accounts.
- Generate sales and return orders received from the key accounts managers
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure timely delivery and after-sales service.
- Process nonfulfillment orders.
- Email outstanding delivery report to warehouse.
- Process withdrawal of samples from the warehouse or procurement.
- To match all documents against customers' portal to ensure consistent information.
- To ensure tag along with RTV upon delivery.
- Updated E-Invoice detail for necessary channel.
- Ensure proper filing/documentation and archival of documents.
- Work closely with the marketing team on display whenever there are events/road shows
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualification
- Min GCE 'O' level / Diploma with at least 2-3 years prior experience in FMCG industry preferred but not necessary
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills and meticulous in administrative work
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Must be able to work on tight deadline
Proficient with Microsoft office tools
