We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Support Manager to lead our sales support team within the airfreight sector.
This role is critical in ensuring that our sales operations run smoothly and effectively, providing exceptional support to our sales team and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor the sales support team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Oversee daily operations of the sales support department to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer inquiries, quotes, and orders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance sales performance and support business objectives.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Provide training and development for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge within the airfreight industry.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, sales support, or customer service roles within the airfreight industry.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and team members.
