About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive to provide sales and administrative support for the International and Overseas Sales Department.
The role involves managing daily sales operations, coordinating shipments, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide sales and administrative support to the sales team.
- Handle customer enquiries via email and phone.
- Process sales orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely payments.
- Update and maintain sales data systems to support forecasting.
- Coordinate shipping schedules and prepare export documents (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists).
- Assist with logistics arrangements and liaise with suppliers on delivery matters.
- Support general sales and marketing activities and perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, logistics, or marketing preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); knowledge of Navision system is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice is an advantage.
