Job description

  • Verify and endorse Purchase Orders and process Sales Orders
  • Issue Delivery Orders & Sales Orders
  • Local and Overseas purchase for re-sale, payment request, follow up payment and etc
  • Support day to day operations of the Sales & Admin Department
  • Administration duties such as general filing, logistics documentations & shipments arrangement with local & overseas forwarders
  • Perform stock count on Goods Returned if any and etc
  • Perform other related duties as required

Requirement :

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in administration and sales coordination
  • Knowledge & experience in logistics documentations & shipments arrangement with local & overseas forwarders is added advantages & ERP system
  • Strategic thinking, proactive, self-motivated, creative and be a team player
  • Good interpersonal skills and meticulous
  • Good attention to details and organizing skills
  • Proficient in verbal and written in English and Chinese to be able to process sales orders and interact with Chinese speaking customers effectively
