Roles & Responsibilities
The Sales Support Representative (Japanese speaking) assists the Expereo sales team in achieving sales targets.
As a Sales Support Representative, you will work on handling correspondence, reviewing opportunities and creating, as well as distributing quotations.
The Sales Support Representative is a member of the Singapore based sales support team and reports to the Manager Sales Support.
Here is how your day-to-day responsibilities of the role will look like, but are not limited to:
• Participate and conduct various general administrative tasks using Back Office Systems
• Pre-qualify sales requests as delegated by Account Managers
• Create and submit quotations to Account Managers or customers in an accurate and timely manner
• Work together with Sales Project Manager in pre/post-sales planning on larger project opportunities; this includes project rollout planning, creating, following up, and reviewing budgetary and quotations before submitting to the Account Managers
• Submit availability check requests and process orders
• Manage the correspondence between Account Managers and customers
• Answer sales queries, including phone and email communications
• Provide data and reports to support the Sales Team
• Follow up on any issues raised during quoting and provisioning phases
• Ensure customer requirements are well distributed and clearly understood throughout relevant departments
Skills and Experiences
• A strong communicator with a focus on quality, results and client satisfaction
• Completed a higher education, or can demonstrate by experience a similar level
• A minimum of 1 – 2 years of related working experience
• Experience within a fast-paced and international working environment
• Good English language skills, both written and verbal
• Accurate administration skills, well organized and efficient
• Able to start immediately or within short notice
