Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist in team management and coaching duties assisting Sales Director
· Make outbound cold calls to prospect new leads, and sales calls to assigned customers to reach sales goals.
· Serve as primary contact between all sales channels, customers and internal department.
· Creatively and independently solve problems to achieve sales and customers objectives.
· Develop and report competitive information on market conditions, account potential, industry trends and sales strategies.
· Proactiveness to develop and maintain strong relationships within the industry.
· Travel local and abroad to meet key customers face to face as needed
· Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
· Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
· Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
· Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
· Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
· Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
· Perform other jobs duties as assigned, to drive sales and for effective team management
REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma, with 5 years of relevant experience
· Possess good coaching / team leadership abilities
· Able to communicate effectively
