Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated
Sales & Technician Staff
to join our growing team.
This hybrid role involves both
customer-facing sales
and
technical installation
of smart home products.
The right candidate will have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities
Sales:
Engage customers (walk-in, online, and corporate clients) to introduce Smartifai’s solutions.
Demonstrate smart home products and explain benefits.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and close sales.
Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Technical:
Install, configure, and test smart home devices (lighting, sensors, cameras, hubs, etc.).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers.
Conduct on-site visits for setup, maintenance, and training.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
Nitec/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related fields (preferred, but not compulsory).
Prior experience in
sales, electrical work, or IT networking
is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and comfortable with on-site installation work.
Singaporeans/PR only (eligible under MyCareersFuture).
Fresh graduates / candidates with strong interest in smart home technology are welcome to apply (training will be provided).
What We Offer
Basic Salary:
$1,800-$2,400
