Job Overview The Regional Sales Associate (RSA) is a key role that supports the commercial activities of a business across seven markets.
This position serves as the right-hand person to the Regional Business Development Manager, ensuring the smooth and compliant execution of commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities - Distributor Engagement & Support: The RSA will engage with distributors, provide support, and ensure timely product registration, tender submissions, and new-product launch readiness.
- Logistics Coordination: The RSA will plan, calendarize, and run logistics for quarterly business reviews and monthly performance calls.
- Sales Data Analysis: The RSA will consolidate sales forecasts, pipeline data, commercial plans, product launch updates from distributors.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
- 2–4 years in sales operations, commercial support, or distributor coordination—preferably in medical devices, pharma, or healthcare.
Desirable Skills - Organised & Detail-Oriented.
- Anticipates roadblocks and drives timely resolutions.
- Comfortable interpreting sales data and turning it into actionable insights.
