Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Architect
to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise‐grade Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across Salesforce architecture, development, and integration — combined with strong leadership in guiding teams and ensuring high performance, scalability, and security of Salesforce applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the
technical architecture design , technology selection, and implementation planning for Salesforce projects.
Participate in full project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to deployment and performance optimization.
Architect, plan, and oversee the
core functions and modules
of the Salesforce platform, ensuring system stability, scalability, and high availability.
Design and enforce
system security, data protection, and compliance frameworks
within Salesforce environments.
Provide hands‐on technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to standards.
Collaborate with project managers to conduct
technical risk assessments
and make architecture decisions aligned with business goals.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities, performance tuning, and automation initiatives.
Develop and maintain detailed
architecture documentation , technical specifications, and implementation standards.
Essential Skills & Experience
5–8+ years
of experience in
Salesforce architecture and solution design , including Lightning development projects.
Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization (Profiles, Permission Sets, Flows, Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce).
Strong understanding of
Salesforce integration patterns
and hands‐on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
Proficiency in
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript , and frameworks such as
Bootstrap, jQuery, AngularJS .
Experience with
ASP MVC, ASP Web API , and third‐party API integrations.
Familiarity with
version control systems
(e.g., Git) and
DevOps practices
including CI/CD pipelines.
Solid grasp of
software design patterns , multithreading, distributed systems, and performance optimization principles.
Experience with
OmniStudio and OmniScript
preferred.
Knowledge of
AWS Government Commercial Cloud (GCC)
and
GovTech stack
is advantageous.
Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems , or related discipline.
Salesforce certifications such as
Application Architect ,
System Architect ,
Platform Developer II , or
Technical Architect
are highly desirable.
Experience with
Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
will be an advantage.
