Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across Salesforce architecture, development, and integration — combined with strong leadership in guiding teams and ensuring high performance, scalability, and security of Salesforce applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture design , technology selection, and implementation planning for Salesforce projects.
- Participate in full project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to deployment and performance optimization.
- Architect, plan, and oversee the core functions and modules of the Salesforce platform, ensuring system stability, scalability, and high availability.
- Design and enforce system security, data protection, and compliance frameworks within Salesforce environments.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to conduct technical risk assessments and make architecture decisions aligned with business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities, performance tuning, and automation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain detailed architecture documentation , technical specifications, and implementation standards.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 5–8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design , including Lightning development projects.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization (Profiles, Permission Sets, Flows, Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript , and frameworks such as Bootstrap, jQuery, AngularJS .
- Experience with ASP MVC, ASP Web API , and third-party API integrations.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid grasp of software design patterns , multithreading, distributed systems, and performance optimization principles.
- Experience with OmniStudio and OmniScript preferred.
- Knowledge of AWS Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) and GovTech stack is advantageous.
- Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems , or related discipline.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect , System Architect , Platform Developer II , or Technical Architect are highly desirable.
- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions will be an advantage.
