Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst shall apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide implementations of the System
Engage stakeholders and end-users to grasp needs, issues, and desired outcomes.

Document insights in concise reports, preparing business use cases, scope, and functional requirements.


Collaborate with developers and architects to define technical and functional specifications for new systems or enhancements.

Develop user stories and process flows to visualize solutions.


Communicate technical constraints to users and seek alternative solutions collaboratively.


Critical Success Factors
Diploma, with at least two (2) years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.


Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.


Business Analyst shall be a Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101).
