Experience of mapping customer service workflows in Case management
Understanding & gathering business requirement, experience handling requirement workshops
Conduct Fit-Gap in salesforce and provide work effort and duration estimation
Exposure of analysis of Salesforce Org merge/Re-Implementation for a unified process, Unified data model.
Create Requirement and Functional Design specification, Use cases creation.
Ability to write User stories and acceptance criteria
Assess the impacts on functional design because of the changes in functional requirements
Conducting ‘Train the Trainer’ sessions on in-scope salesforce functionality for Customer Key Users
Hands on experience in Agile methodology would be preferred
Guidance on Integration and customization, Design Validation
Hands on experience in salesforce along with expertise in enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools
Strong presentation and communication skills
Salesforce Certifications Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,
