Job Description:
Design, build, and configure Salesforce applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Develop and enhance system functionality through configurations and, where required, Apex or Visualforce customizations.
Utilize Salesforce Omnistudio components (including Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors) to deliver scalable solutions.
Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, manage releases, and maintain system stability.
Conduct technical analysis and contribute to the design and configuration for system integrations and customizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement enhancements.
Perform thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure high reliability and performance.
Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members and stakeholders on Salesforce features and best practices.
Stay current with industry trends, Salesforce updates, and best practices to continuously improve system performance and team effectiveness.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio (Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) is highly preferred.
Experience with Salesforce Industries / Public Sector Solutions is a strong advantage.
Knowledge in Packaged Development Estimating, Packaged Application Integration, and Software Platforms is beneficial.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design innovative, efficient solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of deliverables and contribute to key technical decisions.
Certifications: Must hold at least one of the following (or an equivalent advanced-tier certification):
Salesforce Platform App Builder
Salesforce JavaScript Developer I
Salesforce Platform Developer I
Salesforce Platform Developer II
Nice to Have:
Exposure to Salesforce Omnistudio advanced configurations or Public Sector Solutions (PSS) modules.
Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior developers.
Familiarity with low-code tools, APIs, and packaged application development methodologies.
