Key Responsibilities
Lead client workshops and planning sessions to gather requirements and align campaign goals
Design and configure customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio
Implement personalization strategies using Ampscript, SQL, and audience segmentation
Oversee UAT, performance tracking, and client training to ensure successful campaign execution
Support pre-sales efforts including effort estimation, demo creation, and solution design
Key Requirements
At least 3
years
of Salesforce consulting experience, with focus on
Marketing Cloud
Proficient in:
Journey Builder ,
Email Studio ,
Mobile Studio , and
Automation Studio, Ampscript
for content personalization,
SQL
for complex segmentation logic
Experience with
Apex
and
Lightning Web Components
for advanced cross-cloud customizations
Familiar with Salesforce
Data Extensions
and integration patterns
Exposure to other Salesforce modules (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, FSC, etc.)
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, GDPR, and compliance frameworks
Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and client management skills
