The role requires the incumbent to provide production support within SLA, manage configurations, collaborate on integrations, and produce documentation.
Responsibilities
Architect, code, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and Flows.
Troubleshoot production incidents, resolve issues within SLA, and perform root-cause analysis.
Maintain user roles, security settings, profiles, permission sets, page layouts, custom objects, and fields.
Execute bulk data migrations and updates using Salesforce Data Loader and advanced Excel.
Manage sandbox environments, deploy changes via change sets or CI/CD pipelines, and adhere to governance processes.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements for enhancements, integrations, and operational improvements.
Create and update technical documentation: requirements specs, process flows, data models, and training materials.
Design, build, and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support business metrics.
Provide end-user training and post-deployment support, ensuring smooth adoption of new features.
Requirements
Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2 years in application support or similar role
Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in Salesforce development
Salesforce Admin 201, Sales Cloud, or Platform Developer certification preferred
Proven experience supporting production and sandbox environments
Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flows, JavaScript, and HTML
Strong data manipulation skills using Data Loader and Excel
Excellent communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
