Successful candidates will play a significant role in working on client engagements spanning customer strategy, customer experience design, service and sales transformation, and customer-centric operational improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on technical aspects of Salesforce implementation, leveraging deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations for Pre-Sales and Project Delivery Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and recommend solutions that align with Salesforce best practices, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and compliance with industry standards Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to ensure that the Salesforce solution meets business objectives and regulatory requirements Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa, facilitating effective communication and understanding Provide strategic direction and thought leadership, advising on emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovative solutions to enhance the Salesforce implementation and drive business value Design the overall Salesforce architecture, including data model, application design, security model, and integration strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability requirements Lead technical discussions and decisions, providing guidance to development teams on architectural choices, platform limitations, and optimization techniques, fostering a culture of technical excellence Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring that the technical solution meets functional and non-functional requirements, and aligns with the enterprise roadmap
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering or equivalent Minimum 5-6 years of experience in delivering Salesforce projects Multiple relevant Salesforce certifications Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and design Strong knowledge of integration patterns and best practices Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Prior experience within the public sector and real estate industry would be advantageous Implementation of multiple complex projects in Singapore or ASEAN countries Proficiency in multiple CRM applications Ability to translate requirements into design and managing implementation Strong project management, communication, written, analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to assess the practical aspects of business operations
