Key Responsibilities:
The Consultant is primarily responsible for providing business solutions and specialized in FICO and SAP Solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP Solutions into the client’s business environment in order to achieve the client expected business results.
Lead and advise the team member about Industry/ Business Best Practices
Carry out requirements gathering
Provide consulting services to internal/ external teams based on expertise and experience to address client needs
To identify, advise and translate the business requirement into the implementable design and meet defined customer needs, adhere to corporate standards & direction within constraints of cost, security and sustainability
Advise or carry out testing.
Testing embraces the planning, designing, managing, executing, and report of tests, using appropriate techniques that conform to agreed project standards
Advise or carry out training.
Training embraces the planning, designing, managing, execute of Training
To facilitate logical integration testing with other related SAP modules and interfaces to verify end-to-end business process.
To prepare and conduct project handover to the Support Consultant
Assist in architect a solution for positioning consulting services to an external customer or Internal affiliate partner
Support clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP FICO.
This role uses consulting skills, industry/ business knowledge
Requirement:
Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field or IT equivalent
6 - 12 years of SAP implementation experience, within multiple end-to-end implementations (around 2 large projects or 4-10 medium projects)
3 - 8 years’ experience in GL, AR, AP, Fixed Asset, and banking interfaces (two ways).
Have strong integration knowledge on OTC and P2P processes.
Have strong experience in account determination and business models of intercompany transactions
3-8 years’ experience in CO-PA, CO-PCA, Cost Center, Project Accounting, and Internal Order accounting.
2-4 projects with product costing experience
SAP IDOC design, testing, and processing experience
Experience in implementing using Activate methodology, i.e., Blueprint (including detailed design), Realization (including configuration, testing, data migration, training), Final Prep & Cutover
Experience in running workshops and facilitation
Strong documentation experience (especially functional specifications)
Strong issues resolution experience
Able to work in a team and on their own
Take full ownership and responsibility for the stream deliverables, including integration points with other modules and teams
Knowledge or experience in S/4 HANA Enterprise Management & Cloud ALM is a plus.
Experience or certification in SAP Cloud ERP implementation is an advantage.
Knowledge or hands‐on experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Understanding of SOX (Sarbanes–Oxley) compliance requirements, including internal controls over financial reporting and audit readiness, is an advantage.
