Seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP FICO Technofunctional Consultant.
In this role, you will sit with the Tech team and play a pivotal role in supporting the financial operations of our regional office.
You will act as a bridge between finance stakeholders and the global SAP team, ensuring our regional needs are met and effectively communicated.
Experience in the Consumer Products and Goods (CPG) industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with finance stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical configurations within the SAP FICO modules (FI - Financials and CO - Controlling).
- Analyze and optimize existing financial processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation within the SAP system.
- Configure and customize the SAP FICO system to meet regional needs, adhering to global best practices and standards.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the smooth implementation and functionality of SAP FICO configurations.
- Provide ongoing support and training to finance users on the SAP FICO system.
- Represent the regional team in discussions with the global SAP team, effectively communicating regional needs and ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP FICO functionalities and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with a strong understanding of both functional and technical aspects of the modules.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment and collaborating effectively with stakeholders across departments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the Consumer Products and Goods (CPG) industry is a strong advantage.
